Kozhikode, Kerala. Nationalised Bank IOB becomes the latest addition to Sesame’s client list, winning the bid for Customer Service Application. This mobile application will allow IOB customers to use their smartphones to send out CASA/loan account open requests, file and monitor customer complaints and locate nearest ATM/CDM machine and bank branches.
